How booking and payment work

Message us with tour + date
Use the request button — it types the message. We check seats and reply within a working day.

Pay the deposit
Transfer the deposit to our company account within 3 days and send passport copies.
- 3
Pay the balance
Balance due 30 days before departure (with the visa application for Europe).
- 4
Briefing + LINE group
A week before: meeting sheet, packing list and the trip's LINE group.

Asked before booking
How do I know you're a real company?
Look up our tour-business licence number on the Department of Tourism website or hotline, and only ever pay the account in our company name — we never ask for a personal account.
What if the group doesn't fill?
Each tour has a minimum. If it isn't reached we tell you at least 21 days ahead and refund in full or move you. Dates marked 'Guaranteed' have already reached it.
Can I bring older parents or small children?
Yes. Tell us about walking, wheelchairs or food when you book and we'll brief the leader and plan seats. For several older guests, a private group lets us set the pace.
Do I need extra travel insurance?
The price includes travel accident insurance, which doesn't cover every illness. We recommend full travel insurance — required for Schengen visas.
Can I pay by card?
Bank transfer to our company account, or card via a payment link sent from our official channels only (card fees may apply).
